#breakfast Buckwheat & quinoa flakes porridge cooked in almond milk with grated pear, soaked chia seeds, cinnamon & a drizzle of rice malt syrup! Surprisingly delicious!!
Seriously have no food but was able to throw together this chickpea, sprout, carrot and zucchini salad!! Sooo delish! Also bought #AussieBodyDietandDetox best recipes for everyone, highly recommend it.
